APPLICATION FOR BURSARIES

Recipients of the 2023 postponed course do not need to reapply. However, you must reconfirm your attendance for the forthcoming Course, now scheduled for September 2024.

 

Additional Bursaries are available for young scientists (45 years and younger). The bursary will include waiver of course registration fee as well as accommodation in a shared room and meals during the course.
Potential candidates are kindly requested to submit the following via the online submission link no later than
January 30, 2024.

• A letter of application

• A CV

• A recommendation letter from head of their department or head of research lab

• An abstract based on research work (maximum 250 words)

Kindly note that submission of an abstract is mandatory and applications will not be considered without an abstract or without of the above mentioned documents.

All documents must be submitted in English.

​

The number of bursaries is restricted and it is therefore recommended that candidates submit their applications as soon as possible. Persons awarded bursaries in previous years may not apply. 

 

These documents will be evaluated by the Course Organizing Committee and applicants will be notified of the decision by end of February, 2024.
